Our Mission

Supporting WISE's Vision

The Junior Board of the Woolley Institute for Spoken-Language Education (WISE) is committed to advancing WISE’s mission. We strive to empower families by providing essential skills, strategies, and resources, ensuring every child with hearing differences or developmental delays can thrive in their community.

Our efforts focus on fostering spoken language development, enhancing educational opportunities, and promoting inclusivity. By engaging young professionals, we aim to amplify WISE’s impact and reach throughout Alabama and beyond.

OUR PURPOSE

The purpose of the WISE Junior Board is to spearhead initiatives that support WISE’s programs and goals. We are dedicated to raising funds, increasing awareness, and building a strong network of advocates for children with hearing and speech challenges.

Through meaningful volunteer opportunities, we engage young professionals in activities that promote WISE’s mission. Our board members benefit from networking and professional development, all while making a tangible impact on the community.

Join us in our efforts to create a more inclusive world where every child has the opportunity to listen, speak, read, and fully integrate into society. Together, we can make a lasting difference.
