WISE helped our family by providing an environment for Lakynn to receive Listening and Spoken Language therapy alongside peers from passionate, highly trained professionals.  Not only did WISE provide those services during the hours she attended, but they also facilitated family education in one-on-one sessions that we could use at home to continue building Lakynn’s language.  Even during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, WISE provided virtual therapy sessions for our family.  WISE has continued to guide our family following Lakynn’s graduation from the program, by helping us navigate her educational needs in public school and providing outpatient speech therapy services. 

I am so grateful for how invested everyone at WISE was in Lakynn’s journey.  The knowledge they shared helped shape me into a better advocate for Lakynn.  WISE brought us a community of families that are now friends for life.  Most importantly, we are thankful for the love and time that WISE poured into Lakynn and our family, that brought her language to where it is today!
